In the category for Victoria's Computer Systems & Software Services, EBS received a 95.02 per cent rating, based on a range of assessment criteria evaluated by the company’s customers.
Now in its 15th year, the Australian Achiever Awards provide an independent award system based on assessment ratings from a business's own customers. In these awards, any score above 80 per cent is regarded as exceptional, reflecting outstanding customer service.
EBS founder and director Paul Woods said the company was honoured to receive its third ranking above 95 per cent in the Australian Achiever Awards. “What really matters to us is this comes from our customers,” he said.
