Rosalie said she could also facilitate meditation groups, “These stress and anxiety management sessions include take-home skills to use by yourself and your families, with a complimentary stress relaxation CD for use outside the group,” she explained.
“In reality, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, so you can learn new skills to relax deeply and experience accelerated change in any area of your life.
“I believe life is meant to be easy and fun, so I incorporate fun into my sessions to make new learning easy!”
Other specialist services offered by Rosalie Cronin - Wholistic Services include harmonious relationships; a six-week weight loss program; managing corporate and business related issues; public speaking; performance enhancement for sport/personal/business activities, stopping bad habits such as procrastination or nail biting; and learning how to quit smoking easily.
Rosalie said the power of hypnosis had been well known for thousands of years. “Hypnotherapy is used by the educator, corporate coach, trainer and teacher to enable memory retention and absorb more information, reduce anxiety and stress and access inner resources and wisdom,” she said.
“The corporate world uses hypnosis to assist stress reduction, motivation, business development, professional development training and conflict resolution while it can also assist couples to build harmonious relationships.
“The encouraging aspect is that the applications of hypnotherapy continue to expand worldwide.”
